Discover Noor Riyadh 2024, a 17-day festival celebrating art and light across the city. Immerse yourself in stunning light installations, exhibitions, and creative displays that illuminate Riyadh’s vibrant cultural scene. Get ready for an unforgettable experience of art and innovation!

The Noor Riyadh festival, an annual citywide event that celebrates light and art, is returning for its fourth edition from November 28 to December 14, 2024. This 17-day festival will turn Riyadh into a glowing art gallery, featuring over 60 light-based works by top artists from Saudi Arabia and around the world.

The theme for this year's festival is "Light Years Apart," and it will bring art to public spaces all over the city. In addition to the light displays, there will be workshops, talks, and community events for people of all ages. Noor Riyadh is part of the Riyadh Art Program, one of the major initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030, launched by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The festival aims to make Riyadh an open-air gallery that mixes traditional and modern elements while enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors. Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, the Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Riyadh Art Program’s Steering Committee, described Noor Riyadh as a platform for showcasing light-based art and promoting creativity in the city. He emphasized the ongoing support of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, which has played a key role in the festival’s success and the broader goal of positioning Saudi Arabia as a leader in global art and culture.

This year's Noor Riyadh will be curated by a team of experienced art experts, including Dr. Alfredo Cramerotti, a well-known international curator, and Dr. Effat Abdullah Faddag, a prominent Saudi curator. Once again, the festival promises to light up Riyadh’s skyline, creating an inspiring experience for everyone who attends.
