Every expatriate engineer and technician working in Saudi Arabia is required to register with the Saudi Engineering Council to get a new Iqama or renew their existing Iqama.

Conditions for Printing the Certificate
SCE account must be updated with Iqama Number.
If you have registered using Border No. You have to update it Iqama No.
You can print the membership card and certificate only after you receive a notice (SMS) on completion of the verification.
SMS: "The qualification has been verified. You can print the membership card and certificate directly through your personal account."Once you receive the message, ensure the status is both "Is Yaqeen Verified" and "Is Jawazat Updated" is checked in Green (see image below).
Fees: 50 SAR. ( Only for Physical Certificate, Online PDF is free of Charge)
Fees are non-refundable.
There are two ways to get your certificate:
Online PDF Format
Physical Copy (sent to your address)
1. Online PDF Format
Sign in to your SCE account by clicking on the below link:
Link: https://eservices.saudieng.sa/en//accreditation/Pages/login.aspx
Scroll down to "Printing Services" (see image below)
Click on "Print Certificate"
It will download the Certificate to your Downloads folder "Certificate.pdf"
2. Physical Copy (sent to your address)
"Please note SCE has discontinued sending Certificates to home Address, this option is
No more available"
Sign in to your SCE account by clicking on the below link:

Scroll down to "Electronic Services".
Click on "Printing ID and Certificate".
Click on "Add new Request".
Here you can change your photo, and add region & city.
Scroll down and enter your address.
Tick the Terms box and click "Submit".
You will now get the SADAD Bill Number to pay 50 Riyals.
Make the payment via Internet Banking/ATM/STC Pay.
Once the payment is successful you will receive the following notification:
SMS: "Your Shipment has been shipped by SMSA, You can track your shipment by using the below Tracking Number:250XXXXXXXX".You will receive the certificate at your address within 7 to 10 days.
