Saudi event organizer Tahaluf has announced that the second edition of Cityscape Global, the region’s top real estate event, will be the biggest one yet. Scheduled for November 11-14 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Malham, this year’s event will spotlight "The Future of Living." The event is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and supported by the General Real Estate Authority and Housing Program.
Cityscape Global 2024 aims to maintain its reputation as the world’s largest real estate showcase, featuring over 400 exhibitors, 500 speakers, and seven conferences. This year, the event will place a stronger emphasis on business and investment, with new sectors added to the line-up, including Stadiums and Attractions, Sustainable Smart Buildings, Smart Hotels, and Developers. The event will also have a dedicated focus on Smart Cities, with a conference and tech zone to explore the latest innovations.
The event will serve as a platform for global collaboration, aiming to create sustainable and future-ready cities in Saudi Arabia and beyond. According to Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Saudi Arabia’s real estate market is undergoing a major transformation, driven by Vision 2030, which seeks to build a strong economy and vibrant communities.
Cityscape Global plays a key role in this transformation, bringing together investors, developers, and industry leaders to showcase major real estate projects and foster international cooperation. The event aims to contribute to a prosperous future where opportunities are accessible to everyone.
Faisal bin Saud Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones (SAFCSP), emphasized that Cityscape Global 2024 aligns with Vision 2030. The event aims to attract global investors, developers, and innovators to share knowledge, build partnerships, and collaborate on creating the cities of tomorrow.
The event will highlight investment opportunities through a dedicated investors program and networking events. It will also showcase the technology and data-driven planning needed to build sustainable and livable cities. Additionally, Cityscape Global will spotlight Saudi Arabia’s sports infrastructure, including eight newly announced stadiums, with a special segment on stadiums and mega events.
Last year’s Cityscape Global attracted over 300 exhibitors, with more than half being international, and drew 160,000 visitors from over 170 countries. The event saw the unveiling of $18.3 billion in Saudi real estate projects, earning praise from UK entrepreneur Lord Alan Sugar, who was a conference speaker.
Cityscape Global is organized by Tahaluf, a partnership between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and the Events Investment Fund (EIF).
