You can now apply for your Saudi Visa in 5 simple steps if you are a GCC Resident. Note you can also perform Umrah on this visa (except for during the Hajj season)
GCC - Gulf Council Countries are a group of the following countries:

Requirements for Saudi visa as a GCC Resident
Resident ID must be valid for 3 months from the application date
The passport must be valid for 6 months from the application date
Profession Criteria
No Specific Occupation is required. All professions can apply.

Visa Fees - 81.00 $
Medical Insurance Service Fees - 10.50$
Medical Insurance Service Fees - based on your selection (ranges from 8$ to 70$)
In Total 110$ to 180$ Approx SAR 300 to SAR 650
Below are the steps to Apply for a Saudi Visa as a GCC Resident
Step 1: Register on Saudi MOFA
Go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Home/Index.
Choose "Services for Citizens and Residents" from the Home Screen.
Select "GCC Resident" and then click the "Apply" button on the "Family Visit Visa Application for GCC Residents" page.
Click on "Register" to create an account.
Enter your Email Address
Enter a Password, Confirm the Password and Image Code
Click "Register"
You will receive an email on the entered email address to activate your account.
Open that email, and click "Activate"
It will open the MOFA website and now you can log in.
Step 2: Accept the Consent Forms
Once you have logged in click on "Add A New Application"
Accept the "Online e-Payment Services Agreement"
Accept the "Biometric Consent Agreement"
Step 3: Fill out the Application Form
Visa Information
Visa Type - Select "Tourism Visit"
Transport Mode - Select the Mode (Air, Land, Sea)
Country of Residence - Select your country (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)
Saudi Mission - Select as Applicable

Note 1: Choosing to perform Umrah is to facilitate the services provided to you and does not require any additional requirements, also it does not negatively affect the result of the request, and it enables you to perform Umrah during the year except the Hajj season.
Note 2: If you wish to perform Umrah and pray at the Holy Rawdah, you need to download the Nusuk mobile application to obtain the necessary permits

On the next page, there are different Insurance plans with prices listed. Select what suits you and your family the best and Click Next
Step 5: Payment
Make the payment via debit or credit card
Once your application is approved, your E-visa will be emailed to you. Ideally should happen within 24-48 hours.
